This policy explains how Design Tech+ ("we", "us"), A1/A, 1st Floor, Chotey Lal Park, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi 110015, handles information collected through designtechplus.com.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and any project details you write. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and provide our services.
Quotations, bookings and reports
When you request a quotation, book a consultation or ask for a calculator or Vastu report, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, location and project details) to prepare and send your quotation or report and to contact you. If you choose to send us a floor plan, it is kept in a private folder on our server and used only to check it for you.
To protect our forms from spam, we keep the internet (IP) address a form was sent from for 90 days. We may block phone numbers, email addresses or internet addresses that are used for spam.
Job applications
When you apply for a job on our Careers page, we collect your name, contact details, city, education, experience, salary details (optional), your photo, a photo ID and your CV. We use these only to assess your application and to verify your identity if we make you an offer. Your files are stored in a private folder on our own server that is not reachable from the internet; only our office staff can open them. Your CV is also emailed to our office. We ask that Aadhaar cards are uploaded in masked form. Applications are deleted after 12 months unless you join us; you can ask us to delete yours earlier.
Information collected automatically
We count page visits and clicks on our call, WhatsApp and email buttons to understand which pages are useful. For this we record the page, the type of device, how you arrived (for example, from Google) and an approximate city based on your internet connection. We do not store your IP address with these records and cannot identify you from them.
If enabled, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These Google services may use cookies to measure visits and the performance of our advertisements. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com and adjust ad personalisation in your Google account.
If enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity to see in an anonymous way how visitors scroll and click on our pages (for example, heatmaps), and Microsoft Advertising conversion tracking. Microsoft explains its use of this data at privacy.microsoft.com.
If you use the live chat window, your messages and the details you share in the chat are handled by our chat provider tawk.to so that our team can reply to you.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers who help us run the website and email (such as our hosting and email providers), or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us by writing to info@designtechplus.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (https) and restricted access to our admin systems.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
