Frequently Asked Questions
Can the whole process be done without me visiting?
Mostly yes. Design and approvals are done online; documents may need your signature or a power of attorney for the authority.
How do I see the progress?
You receive photo and video reports on WhatsApp after every site visit and can join video calls from site.
Do you build the house yourselves?
We are architects and engineers. We help you choose a contractor and then supervise the work independently on your behalf.
