What We Do
Foundation & structure
Excavation, footing sizes, steel (bar size, spacing, cover, laps) and shuttering checked before every concrete pour.
Concrete quality
Mix, slump, vibration and curing checked; cube tests arranged where needed.
Masonry & plaster
Line, level and plumb, joints, lintels and chajjas, plaster thickness and curing.
Waterproofing
Toilets, terraces, basements and water tanks – the most common source of later leakage.
Plumbing & electrical
Concealed pipes and conduits checked and photographed before they are covered.
Finishing & handover
Flooring, doors and windows, paint and fittings checked, with a snag list before final payment.

Yes – we point out the corrections to the contractor on site and record them in the report, so you know what was fixed.
How often do you visit?
Most clients choose visits at key stages: footing, each slab before concreting, waterproofing and finishing. We also offer weekly visits.
Do you supervise projects not designed by you?
Yes. This service is specifically for sites designed or built by others.
