What does each finish level mean?

  • Basic – local tiles, standard fittings, plain doors
  • Standard – vitrified tiles, branded fittings, flush doors, POP
  • Premium – large-format tiles / granite, premium fittings, designer doors, false ceiling
  • Luxury – Italian marble, imported fittings, automation-ready

Why stilt and basement cost differently

A stilt floor is open parking with no walls, flooring finishes or bathrooms, so it costs much less per sq ft. A basement needs deep excavation, retaining walls and waterproofing, so it costs more than an upper floor. The calculator applies both automatically.
