Project Overview

This modern luxury residence in Asansol, West Bengal was designed for Mr. Rahul Upadhyay on a 15,400 sq.ft. plot, with a built-up area of 29,600 sq.ft. The design spreads the home horizontally, with deep cantilevered roof slabs that shade large glazed openings and create generous covered terraces.

Stone and timber-finish cladding, decorative screens and built-in planters give the façade a warm, layered character, while wide balconies connect the living spaces to the landscaped grounds. The project shows Design Tech+'s approach to large private residences: spacious planning, strong horizontal lines and a façade that looks equally striking by day and when lit at night.
