Project Overview

This contemporary villa in Asansol, West Bengal was designed for Mr. Rahul Upadhyay on a 26,000 sq.ft. plot, with a built-up area of 16,000 sq.ft. The large plot allows a generous two-storey home set within open grounds.

A double-height entrance frame with integrated lighting forms the centrepiece of the symmetrical façade, flanked by stone-clad wings, large windows and glass-railed balconies. Warm materials and carefully placed façade lighting give the villa a welcoming, premium character at night.
