Project Overview

This contemporary residence in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi was designed for Mr. Rajpal Jain on a 2,700 sq.ft. plot, with a built-up area of 8,960 sq.ft. Parking is provided at stilt level, with the living floors stacked above.

The elevation is composed of bold, layered volumes: a timber-clad frame at the top floor, grey stone panels and glass balconies that open the main rooms to the street. Angled slabs and recessed openings add depth and shade, giving the house a distinctive presence among its neighbours while keeping the interiors bright and private.
