Project Overview

This residence in Ramgarh, Delhi was designed for Mr. Kartik Jain on an 1,800 sq.ft. plot, with a built-up area of 10,900 sq.ft. The building rises above stilt parking, making full use of the plot while keeping the ground level free for cars and the entrance.

The façade follows a refined classical language: cream finishes, framed window surrounds, decorative metal railings and a tall arched glazing panel that marks the staircase and brings daylight deep into the home. Balconies with planters on every floor soften the elevation and give each level its own outdoor space.
