Project Overview

This residence in Sector 98, Faridabad was designed for Mr. Aman Chadha on a 1,550 sq.ft. plot, with a built-up area of 7,900 sq.ft. It is the second residence Design Tech+ has designed for the same client in Sector 98.

The corner plot is used to present two finished façades in a neoclassical style: white and stone finishes, arched windows, mouldings and balustraded balconies on every floor. Stilt parking at ground level and landscaped edges keep the base of the building clean and welcoming.
